This is so adorable, and classic at the same time! A heavy weight navy blue skirt with jumbo white rick rack trim down the front and around the entire hemline. It closes up the side with a lapped metal zipper and hook and eye. The skirt by itself would be fabulous, but it comes with a matching capelet!

The capelet, or wrap is lined and it is so very cute! This is a home tailored item, and it’s nicely made and in perfect vintage condition.
