Here are our policies:
honesty is the best policy- I describe my vintage to the best of my abilities every time, so that you know what you’re getting.
- I want you to be totally thrilled with you purchase. I want you to look gorgeous and have something special. If you get your item and you are not happy, returns are easy, just send me an email at appleseedvintage@gmail.com, and we’ll work it out.
- my general return policy is that if it doesn’t work for you, I’ll take it back and refund the full purchase price, aside from shipping charges. Those I can’t return.
- I charge you what it will cost to ship it. Most items are $4.05 priority mail. Things heavier than one pound will cost more. Super large fragile things that need a special box will cost more, but I’ll let you know that very clearly in the product description. I don’t like handling charges, so I’ll never charge you one.
- I’ve never shipped broken pottery in all of my years on eBay. I know how to pack stuff well, and although I can’t totally guarantee it, because well…weird things sometimes happen with mail…I’ll pack your order properly and make it like a pretty present.
